Organizational Theory and Studies

One of the best sites about organizational theory is Keiths OT Site. Among other things, it has an encyclopedia of organizational theory and many reviews of articles and books.

Martin Fischer and Peter Röben from the University in Bremen, Germany have edited a book on case studies of organizational learning: Cases of Organisational Learning in European chemical Companies (Fischer & Röben, 2002). The case studies have been done in connection with a project which aims at investigating ways of organisational learning in the chemical industry and their impact on vocational education and training (Project site).
